, April 11, 2007 - 05:02 IST   Subhash Ghai’s long time associate Shashi Vadeeya is all set to direct his first film.Reportedly, the film is an out and out comedy titled Ulta Seedha.The film is produced under the banner of H.R Enterprise and is being scripted by Neeraj Vora. The main protagonist in the film is played by none other than Paresh Rawal. Vadeeya first assisted Vinod Talwar in 1984 with a film titled Lorie and then went on to assist Subhash Ghai for the film Karma in 1986.
